PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin bond wire saw which maintains flexibility of a conductor, excellent in bending fatigue strength and twisting strength, and improves working precision by reducing variation of a wire diameter of the conductor. SOLUTION: The conductor is formed by twisting a plurality of element wires 6, a resin layer 3 made of thermosetting resin is formed to surround this conductor, and abrasive grains 4 are fixed by light-setting resin 5 on a surface of the resin layer 3. draw A circumscribed circle 7 of a cross-section of the element wire 6 is drawn by bringing a plurality of the element wires 6 into contact with each other, but a diameter of the circumscribed circle 7 of this cross-section is more than 0.20 mm and less than 0.40 mm. An area of a region A surrounded by a border line 8 of the cross-section of the element wire 6 and the circumscribed circle 7 of the cross-section of the element wire 6 is more than 30% and less than 55% of the cross-sectional area of the circumscribed circle 7 of the cross-section of the element wire 6.
