<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost storage device which provides high speed writing, and to prevent generation of a defective block in a flash memory. <P>SOLUTION: A record of a correspondence relation between a physical address of each block of the non volatile memory 10 and a logical address of data which is written into the block with the physical address is disposed in a conversion table 31 in the order of the physical address, and a writing means 41 writes the data of the logical address in the block of the last physical address in the conversion table 31 when receiving a command to write the data of the logical address from an information appliance 2. Then a conversion table changing means 42 adds the record of the correspondence relation between the logical address of the data written by the writing means 41 and the physical address of the written block in the last of the conversion table 31. A reading means 43 reads the record of the correspondence relation in the conversion table 31 in the reversed order from the last when receiving the command to read any of the logical addresses from the information appliance 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
