PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming an electrode by which a uniform electrode can be formed on main plane or side face and ridgeline of a nearly rectangular electronic part. SOLUTION: An electrode pattern 5 having a specified shape is formed beforehand on the curved surface of a pad 1 with a curved surface by using a flat screen plate, and the electrode pattern 5 is transferred onto the surface of a nearly rectangular electronic part 7. Thus, the electrode pattern 5 formed on the curved surface of the pad 1 becomes thicker in its peripheral part than at the central part, and when the peripheral part is transferred to the ridgeline of the electronic part 7, a seamless and continuous electrode can be formed even in the ridgeline.
