PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film using carbon nanotubes superior in high temperature durability. SOLUTION: This is the transparent conductive film in which a polymer layer having a sulfonic acid group is installed on a conductive layer containing single-wall carbon nanotubes installed on a base material. Even if retained in high temperature environment over a long period, the transparent film is hard to be reduced in its conductivity, and superior as the conductive film. Accordingly, it is greatly preferable as a transparent electrode member in an image display device. In the case a polymer having a sulfonic acid group is a fluororesin or a polystyrene sulfonic acid copolymer, high temperature durability of conductivity is especially superior.
