PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute the load of a server device and enhancing overload resistance. SOLUTION: This division scenario preparation part 53 prepares a division scenario including designation of a control device which substitutes the execution of the whole or a part of a scenario. A division scenario execution request part 521 requests the execution of the whole or a part of the division scenario including an identifier to the control device which substitutes the execution of the division scenario. A division scenario execution result reception part 522 receives the result executing the whole or a part of the division scenario including the identifier transmitted from the control device which substitutes the execution. A service composition part 52 acquires the execution result of a requested cooperative service, and transmits the execution result to requesting communication terminal equipment or information terminal equipment.
