PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent only some of a plurality of servers from being in an overload state and to improve the reliability of a server system. SOLUTION: In this communication server system comprising the plurality of servers which share and accommodate a plurality of communication terminals, the process capacity information of each of the plurality of servers and communication performance information of each of the plurality of communication terminals are acquired, based on the communication performance information on the communication terminal which has required accommodation, a predicted value of the process quantity regarding the communication terminal is computed, and the server to accommodate the communication terminal which has requested accommodation of the servers capable of processing the predicted value by referring to the process capacity information.
