PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device capable of easily altering characteristics, even after the packaging is performed, of reducing miscellaneous gains when the characteristics are set, and reducing the cost, failure rate, and mounting area. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit device includes a burst detection circuit 7 for detecting a write-in activation burst with a time length that exceeds designated time from an input/output terminal 4; a signal pattern detection circuit 9 for making serial interface 8 in an input allowing state where set data can be input, when the write-in activation burst is detected; a volatile memory 10 and a nonvolatile memory 11 for storing the set data signal input from the input/output terminal 4 in the input allowing state.
