PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated house with a service entrance porch suitable for a detached house, which gives consideration to the prevention of a deterioration in designability suited to the detached house. SOLUTION: In this separation structure for the service entrance porch of the base-isolated house, a separation portion 11 for the service entrance porch is formed between a step 22 which is formed on a foundation 3, and a porch section which is provided in the front of a service entrance 25 in such a manner as to protrude to an outdoor side from a sill beam 4 of a house section 2; the porch section comprises a projecting plate 23, and a decorative cover 30 which is fixed to the outside portion of the projecting plate 23; the projecting plate 23 forms a staircase section 23a along the house section; the step 22 is arranged below the staircase section 23a; the decorative cover 30 is provided in such a manner as to cover a side portion of the projecting plate 23, and formed in a shape longer than the vertical length of the projecting plate 23; and a gap portion, which is constituted between the bottom of the decorative cover 30 and the step 22, serves as the separation portion 11 of the service entrance porch section.
