SUPPORT FIXING STRUCTURE OF SHIELD TUNNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a support by the use of a joint board of a segment only by using one special-purpose tool in the repair lining work of a shield tunnel. SOLUTION: A bolt member 2 which is projected to the inside of segment rings is fixed to the joint board 31 connecting the segment rings to each other, and the support 1 is fixed to the bolt member 2. To be more specific, the bolt member 2 is integrally provided with a fastener clip 22 which is welded on the connection end surface of the joint board 31. Then the support 1 which is H-shaped steel is fixed by fastening a nut 24 to the bolt member 2 which is inserted through a fixation hole 11 formed in its flange. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
