PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carry-out device of parts, which carries out parts to the outside of a cover structure without giving an improper impact to machined parts while having a structure storable inside the cover structure used for a machine tool, and to also provide the machine tool with the carry-out device. SOLUTION: The carry-out device 10 consists of: a first conveyance means 12 gripping machined parts 2; and a second conveyance means 14 receiving the parts 2 from the first conveyance means 12 and carrying out them to the outside of the machine. All of the components of the carry-out device 10 are housed inside relative to the outside vicinity position of the edge of a trestle 5.
