The plant has a rotor (R) with aerodynamic function elements, which reinforces on a circular mechanical structure (FT). The function element is divided into two approximately equivalent parts. A circular construction part serves for receiving and supporting active rotor parts of a circular electrical machine ring generator (RG) in axial field configuration. An axial force of a generator is used as opposing force to a mechanical force, which attacks at the rotor and acts in direction of rotation axis.
