<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric having a high stretchable range in use even in a nonwoven fabric with low basis weight, suppressing rupture and reduction of strength generating in drawing process, excellent in skin touch, cushioning performance and a high gas permeability. <P>SOLUTION: The stretchable nonwoven fabric has directionality in vertical direction and horizontal direction perpendicular to the vertical direction, a plurality of zonal sparse zones and a plurality of zonal dense zones extending to the vertical direction formed alternately and continuously on both sides and the zonal dense zones on one face and the zonal dense zones on the other face are alternately arranged in cross direction. The stretchable nonwoven fabric consists of the mixed or laminated stretchable fibers and the elastic fibers, the stretchable fibers contain partially stretched (drawn) fibers between the zonal dense zones on the face and the zonal dense zones on the other face, and the average diameter of the partially stretched stretchable fibers is 12-21 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
