PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of more reducing the possibility of decrypting encrypted data, thereby performing a communication high in security. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus is provided with a first path establishing part for selecting a first communication path among a plurality of communication paths with different security levels and establishing the first communication path with the opposite communication party, a second path establishing part for selecting a second communication path with a higher security level than that of the first communication path among the plurality of paths and establishing the second communication path with the opposite communication party, and a communication control part for performing communication through the first communication path when performing the first communication, and performing communication through the second communication path when performing the second communication requesting a higher security level than that of the first communication, wherein the communication control part uses the same session identification information between the first communication session and the second communication session.
