PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antivibration device with a simple structure capable of setting a spring constant in a front-rear direction low while keeping a spring constant in a vertical direction high. SOLUTION: The antivibration device is provided with a shaft-like first attaching member 1, a cylindrical second attaching member 2 arranged to be axially apart from the first attaching member 1, a rubber elastic body 3, fixed to a lower surface of a flange part 12 of the first attaching member 1 and fixed to an inner circumferential part of the second attaching member 2, for elastically connecting both the members 1, 2 and a restraining member 4 axially separated from the first attaching member 1 and buried in the rubber elastic body 3. The rubber elastic member 3 has a connecting part 31 for integrally connecting both the first attaching member 1 and the restraining member 4 and is provided between the members 1, 4.
