PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filled cylindrical vibration control device for avoiding all problems on the plastic deformation of an orifice member while improving the assembling efficiency of the orifice member. SOLUTION: In the vibration control device 10, one slit 40 extending in the axial direction is provided in the orifice member 24, and stopper core parts 48 are integrally provided to be symmetrically located on both sides thereof and protruded and set into inner peripheral face portions corresponding to pocket portions 20 and they are each covered with a stopper rubber layer 50 having a predetermined thickness to form a stopper 52 which abuts on the bottom faces of the pocket portions 20 to prevent excessive displacement between an inner cylinder fitting 12 and an outer cylinder fitting 14. At a peripheral intermediate portion of the orifice member 24, a notch 44 is formed in the axial direction to be separable into two orifice member pieces with bending. A connection rubber layer 56 is formed on the inner peripheral face of the orifice member 24 including a forming portion of the notch 44 to mutually connect portions of the orifice member 24 on both peripheral sides of the notch 44.
