PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a self-help capability for a failure or fault of an electric bulb and fluorescent tube or the like. SOLUTION: Backup components (3) of a filament (2) which are apt to cause a failure and fault among components of an electric bulb and fluorescent tube or the like are prepared inside the bulb and the tube or the like, and their lives are prolonged, and finally a rotating plug type circuit board (9) which can select a circuit electrically conducted with these components is provided with shapes of the bulb and tube unchanged. Moreover, when the bulb and the tube are placed away from a reach of a user, the rotating plug type circuit board (9) is made to be divisible and is separated from a main body so that a work can be done at hand.
