PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system and information communication method in which the number of an incoming call can be set for each individual and automatically recorded messages corresponding to the number can be simultaneously reproduced. SOLUTION: An information communication system is equipped with: a voice recording function 2 for recording the voice of an incoming call as an automatically recorded message; a voice control function 3 for controlling the reproduction of an automatically recorded message stored in an automatically recorded message storage region 5; a voice reproducing function 4 for converting the automatically recorded message into an electric signal and outputting it to a speaker 23 as a voice signal; and the automatically recorded message storage region 5 for storing automatically recorded messages of numbers (1) to (5). An individual user ID imparted to each of users A-C and any one of the numbers (1) to (5) are bundled to each of terminals 20-22. At the terminal 20, the user A can log in only with his/her own user ID and the number capable of call-incoming to the terminal 20 is the numbers (1) and (2). COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
