PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of an image display device by reducing breakages in the case of inserting a connector of a cable into a terminal while improving earth of a circuit board. SOLUTION: The image display apparatus is provided with a circuit board (8) having terminals (5) to which a connector of a cable for transmitting an image signal is inserted and a chassis (7), and in the case of mutually combining the circuit board (8) and the chassis (7) by a plurality of combination parts, at least the combination part (10) close to the terminals out of these combination parts includes an elastic member (23) and combines the circuit board (8) with the chassis (7) through the elastic member (23) and the other combination part (9) fixedly combines the circuit board (8) and the chassis (7) by a screw or the like.
