PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting polyurethane resin composition which can be suitably used for producing set products excellent in heat resistance, electric characteristics, mechanical properties and size stability, has excellent storage stability before setting, and can be used widely in the fields of various heat resistant coating materials, electric insulating materials and the like. SOLUTION: The thermosetting polyurethane resin composition contains a polyurethane resin (A) having a structure represented by formula (1) and/or formula (2), an epoxy resin (B), and a phenoxy resin. In the formulas, X represents a residue after extracting a hydrogen atom from each of two phenolic hydroxide groups from a phenolic compound having at least two phenolic hydroxide groups in one molecule.
