PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor capable of making data by automatically detecting entry information from a written document without previously setting position information. SOLUTION: The document processor comprises: an image acquiring part for acquiring the entire image by reading the document; a separating/acquiring part for separating a transparent image and a written document image including a written content and an original document image from the acquired entire image, and acquiring the images; an analyzing/acquiring part for analyzing the acquired transparent image and acquiring a plurality of pieces of characteristic data as original characteristic data, respectively; a characteristic acquiring part for acquiring the respective pieces of characteristic data corresponding to a plurality of positions as current characteristic data from the acquired written document image; and a determining part for determining the presence/absence of the written content by comparing the respective pieces of original characteristic data with the respective pieces of current characteristic data.
