PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissipate inner heat to the outside while airtightness inside a construction being maintained. SOLUTION: A steel concrete wall 100 is provided with a pair of steel plates 1 arranged opposite and of which stud bolts 3 are implanted on each facing plate and a concrete part 2 placed in a space formed by a pair of the steel plates 1. In the concrete part 2, a metal pole 4 is set to connect a pair of the steel plates 1. A metal plate can be used, in place of the metal pole 4. A cooling tube may be placed in the concrete part 2 to flow a coolant. A coolant sealed heat exchange part may be placed so as to be in contact with both counter faces of the steel plates 1.
