PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude oil leaking out of an oil pressure chamber of a cylinder with a piston to give a preload to the outer ring, by preventing the piston from inclining in the cylinder. SOLUTION: The cylinder 36 is installed outside in the axial direction of the outer ring 32 of a rolling bearing 11, and a bulkhead 40 is provided between the cylinder 36 and the outer ring 32 and furnished with a through hole 41. A pressure supplying means A to supply the oil pressure acting on a pressure receiving part 37a of the piston 37 is provided, whereby the pressure receiving part 37a is fitted in the cylinder 36 slidably while a pressing part 37b of the piston 37 is fitted in the through hole 41 slidably and abutted to the outer ring 32. An O-ring 43 is set between the piston 37 and the inside surface of the cylinder 36, while O-ring 44 is set between the piston 37 and the through hole 41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
