PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reproduction of germs in a separator, a compressor and pipe without spending labor such as water replacement during interval until next operation even if the compressor is stopped for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A water-injected compressor, which injects water inside a separator 3 into the compressor 1 and discharges the water along with compressed air into the separator, is provided with a water injection pipe 22 injecting water retained by the separator 3 to the compressor 1 via a water supply pipe 20 and a cooling water cooler 4, a pump 29 provided between the water supply pipe 20 and the cooling water cooler 4, a delivery pipe 15 delivering compressed air and water injected to the compressor 1 to the separator 3, and a delivery air pipe 16 delivering compressed air having water separated from the separator 3.
