PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk apparatus which adjusts the position of an optical pickup with respect to an optical disk while suppressing an influence on movement nearly along the face direction of the optical disk. SOLUTION: The disk device is provided with: a first guide shaft 241 and a second guide shaft 242 which guide the moving of a pickup body 301; a shaft position adjustment mechanism 243 which holds the first guide shaft 241 and the second guide shaft 242 while allowing them to approach/recede from the optical disk; a moving motor 250; and a connection part 311 which connects a first drive transmission part 312 and a second drive transmission part 313 with the pickup body 301. The first drive transmission part 312 and the second drive transmission part 313 are provided while they are respectively pressed to a first position which is on the optical disk side of the shaft of a motor shaft member 251, and to a second position which is on the opposite side to the optical disk, by the energizing force of the elastic deformation of the connection part 311.
