PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag, which enables cutting edge for unsealing to be stably formed in a direction orthogonal to a vertical sealing part, and which is of a simple structure facilitating a low-cost production. SOLUTION: The packaging bag comprises a vertical sealing part 4 formed by overlapping both the edge rims of a film 1, an unsealing guidance section 8 formed as is extended in the direction approximately orthogonal to the vertical sealing part 4, and an incision 10 for unsealing formed at the vertical sealing part 4. The unsealing guidance section 8 is formed by folding and overlapping the film 1, at least with the proximal section 9a of the overlapped part 9 being sealed, while the incision 10 is shaped at a location separated from a prescribed interval from the unsealing guidance section 8.
