PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device capable of easily performing parking of a bicycle, fixing a direction of a front wheel of the bicycle in a predetermined direction, hardly falling the bicycle and further having a small number of parts. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking unit 10 has a base part 11 integration-molded by a synthetic resin, and a plurality of valley-like retaining parts 12 retaining the front wheel of the bicycle put-in from a front side and fixing the direction are formed on the base part 11. The respective valley-like retaining parts 12 are formed in parallel to each other and in such a state that they are inclined relative to a length direction of the lengthy base part 11. On a wall part at a depth side of both wall parts in the valley-like retaining part 12, a guide surface 13 extending from an end of the valley-like retaining part 12 toward a depth side and inclined toward a bottom side of the valley-like retaining part 12 is formed.
