PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper surely preventing urine leakage from a crotch region K of a product and avoiding strong tightening of a wearer by the product. SOLUTION: An elastic stretchable member 10 drawing the following trajectory is extendedly fixed to an external sheet 5. In the abdominal region F, the elastic stretchable member runs from one side edge of the external sheet 5 to an absorption core 3 (11), there, draws an inward curve projecting inward in the width direction and runs to the crotch region (12). In the crotch region, it draws an outward curve projecting outward in the width direction in the side of the absorption core 3 (13), and runs to the other side edge of the outer sheet 5 (14).
