<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator where efficient driving can be performed, and to provide a lens barrel and a camera. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration actuator (10) includes a driving state detecting part (6) for detecting a driving state of electromechanical conversion elements (2a and 2b); electrostatic capacity increase/decrease parts (5a and 5b) having elements which are connected to the electromechanical conversion elements (2a and 2b) and which have electrostatic capacities and increasing/decreasing synthesized electrostatic capacity of the electromechanical conversion elements (2a and 2b) and the element; and an adjustment control part (7) for making the electrostatic capacity increase/decrease parts (5a and 5b) operate, according to the detection result of the driving state detecting part (6) and adjusting the combined electrostatic capacity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
