PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile terminal equipment which is inexpensive and reads Web pages. SOLUTION: Among the Web pages (blog, bulletin board or the like) which are updated periodically, the Web pages which have been registered in advance and have high access frequencies are downloaded to the mobile terminal equipment automatically and are stored in a cache memory 303 in the case that they are inside a radio LAN communication network zone.
