摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize airframe loading restrictions, to enlarge an opening, and to achieve the high performance of an airframe loading radar etc. SOLUTION: An antenna composite unit is manufactured by forming a plurality of antenna elements A2 on the front surface of a flexible device board A1, bonding an antenna module unit A which is formed of a transmission/reception module A3 under each antenna element forming unit on the backside of the device board and a pulse power supply unit C which forms a pulse power supply circuit on the flexible device board through a soft filling material sheet D, and mounting an outer covering board B formed by boring a region facing the antenna element A2 on the front surface of the antenna module unit A. Inputs and outputs of respective transmission/reception high frequency signals are controlled by using a plurality of the antenna composite units, arranging them on a flexible and stiff sheet, and supplying electric power to the respective antenna composite units.
