PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rollover of a projection-type display device when the device is installed on a desk to be used in the projection-type display device for projecting to enlarge projection light by a mirror. SOLUTION: The projection-type display device has a stand 400 for holding a cabinet 300 in a perpendicular state to an installation face. The cabinet 300 is mountable on the cabinet 300 and includes the first pedestal part 402 and a vertical wall part 422 mounted by a body side cabinet 300a. The first pedestal part 402 is protruded sideward rather than the side face of the body side cabinet 300a in a mounted state to suppress the inclination of the body side cabinet 300a.
