PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a follower pin from falling off from a cam groove, in a lens barrel. SOLUTION: In the lens barrel which is provided with a rotation barrel 30 which has a cam groove 33 in an inner circumferential surface thereof and a lens barrel 50 which is arranged inside the rotation barrel and has the follower pin 52 inserted into the cam groove, and in which the cam groove 33 exerts a cam action on the follower pin 52 by the rotation of the rotation barrel, so that the lens barrel 50 is moved in an optical axis direction, the lens barrel 50 has a projecting portion 52b projecting to the inside from the inner circumferential surface of the lens barrel 50 in a radial direction and a regulation barrel 60 which is provided with a guide groove 61 accepting the projecting portion 52b, while permitting the movement of the lens barrel 50 in the optical axis direction L, to regulate the deviation or deformation of the lens barrel 50 is arranged inside the lens barrel 50. Thus, even when the lens barrel is deformed due to the impact force, etc. from the outside and the follower pin is tried to fall off from the cam groove, the regulation barrel regulates the deviation or deformation of the lens barrel through the projecting portion, to prevent the follower pin from falling off and secure the desired function.
