PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, light, and inexpensive vehicular seat capable of carrying out the spring-up action of a seat cushion, and preventing the occurrence of an operation failure. SOLUTION: The vehicular device springing up the seat cushion to a wall side in a vehicle cabin and storing the cushion comprises a spring means provided in a hinge mechanism assembled to an outer side upper rail, and energizing the sear cushion in a springing-up direction. Between the outer side upper rail and an outer side lower rail, a rolling member capable of receiving a lateral load which the spring means adds to the outer side upper rail is provided.
