PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold having a cooling structure which can effectively prevent the occurrence of a hollow or a sink in a ceiling surface in the molding of a synthetic resin cap having an inner ring in the shape of an undercut without specially changing the shapes of a conventional cap and a conventional mold. SOLUTION: A part 11 to be a ceiling mold surface 10 is formed from a material having a high heat conductivityκ<SB>1</SB>, and a part 13 to be an inner ring inside mold surface 12 is formed from a material having a heat conductivityκ<SB>2</SB>lower than the heat conductivityκ<SB>1</SB>, so that an inner head 2 composing a core mold is composed of two members of the material different in heat conductivity.
