摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability on a welding structure by making a columnar crystal orientation on the surface of a weld zone to an orientation inside the surface and thereby exerting, to the depth of the weld zone or the like, an influence range of the improving effect on the development of stress corrosion crack, in the welding structure which is constructed by joining members in weld zones composed of welding materials of nickel based alloy or of austenitic stainless steel. SOLUTION: In the welding structure which is constructed by joining members in weld zones composed of welding materials of nickel based alloy or of austenitic stainless steel, a friction stir treatment is performed on the surface of the weld zones 5 by moving a revolving tool in a state pressed with the weight load in a direction vertical to the surface, so that the columnar crystal orientation 6 of the friction stir-processed part by the friction stir treatment is made the orientation inside the surface, thus, the development of the stress corrosion crack in the welding structure is improved.
