PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment method which can avoid the application of excessive load on treatment equipment, for example, due to the occurrence of precipitates caused by mixing various types of wastewater produced in a plant, can avoid disadvantage in cost, and can further reduce an environmental load substance contained in the wastewater after the treatment. SOLUTION: When wastewater comprising acidic wastewater and basic wastewater is treated for disposal into an environment, after neutralization of various types of wastewater, necessary treatment for reducing load on the environment is carried out.
