A one-way clutch (11) has a shell outer ring (12), full type rollers (18), a C-spring (19), and a side plate (20). The shell outer ring (12) includes an outer diameter surface (13) having a first portion (13a) that has a relatively large outer diameter and a second portion (13b) that has a smaller outer diameter than the first portion, an inner diameter surface having a raceway surface (14) on which axially extending cam surfaces (14a) are formed, and an end bent part (17) bent radially inward at an axial end of the shell outer ring (12). The full type rollers (18) are disposed in wedge spaces each having a radial gap that has different dimensions at circumferential one side and the other side on the radial inner side of the cam surface (14a). The C-spring (19) as an elastic member biases the rollers (18) in the direction in which the radial gap of each edge space decreases. The side plate (20) is fitted into the inner diameter surface of the shell outer ring (12) and held by the end bent part (17) from the axial outer side.
