A vaporizer design device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce cost for manufacturing a vaporizer and to save electric rates by designing the vaporizer having an optimized conductive area. A vaporizer design device includes a coil(220), a tank(210), a thermometer(240), a heater(230), and a controller(250). The coil has a gas inlet formed on one end thereof and a gas outlet formed on the other end thereof. The tank is installed inside the coil and contains fluid. The thermometer measures temperatures of gas passing through the coil at predetermined points in the coil. The heater heats the fluid in the tank up to a predetermined temperature. The controller calculates an optimized conductive area of the coil in reference to a relationship between the temperature of the gas and a conductive area of the coil.
