<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying system and method which makes it possible to spray a fluid which has a variety of flowabilities and compositions and is polarizable or impolarizable. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid which receives a fluid that flows from at least a receptacle in a fluid sending chamber of a piezoelectric spraying device 3 in a spraying cycle in a flow direction, and that removes the fluid contained in a chamber at the end of the spraying cycle distributes the fluid that reverses the flow direction of the fluid by a pump which is driven in a direction that sends into the chamber and into the reverse direction that empties the chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
