<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable broadcasted contents to be retrieved even without an accurate keyword. <P>SOLUTION: A play list of contents to be broadcasted by a broadcast station 12 is stored on a DB 1. A DB 2 stores broadcast information or location information and a user ID based on user registration. If a user likes a piece of music broadcasted by the broadcast station 12, the user presses a button 20 of a bookmarker 4. Operation time information of the button 20 and the user ID are supplied to a search engine 3 via a gateway device 11. The search engine 3 narrows down broadcast stations to be retrieved in accordance with the user ID in the DB 2 and retrieves the DB 1 on the basis of the time information. A title of the piece of music broadcasted at a time indicated by the time information is retrieved, and a retrieval result is transferred to the gateway device 11, and displayed.
