CONTENT REPRODUCING SYSTEM, CONTENT REPRODUCING APPARATUS, SERVER AND TOPIC INFORMATION UPDATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to share and exchange information on content with another user in a system for reproducing a moving picture content.

SOLUTION: A reproducing apparatus 10, (22) comprises: a content storage unit 13 storing motion picture contents; a topic information storage unit 12 capable of storing topic information which is displayed when playing back contents, and is associated with an object contained in the contents; an update data input unit 17 for inputting update data desired to be added or the like to the topic information; an input information transmitting unit 18 for transmitting the update data to a server 34 together with information specifying the object; and a topic information updating unit 11 for updating the topic information storage unit 12 with topic update information received from the server 34. When the server 34 receives update data from the reproducing apparatus 10, (22), the server 34 transmits topic update information containing at least the update data to the reproducing apparatus 10, (22) storing contents corresponding to the update data.
