<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of obtaining a dye-sensitized solar cell having a high photoelectric conversion efficiency even if a translucent substrate is a plastic substrate, keeping the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a high level even if the amount of irradiation light is varied, and to provide the dye-sensitized solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The photo-electrode for the dye-sensitized solar cell uses a plastic translucent support having elasticity, has a rectangular working electrode region having each of a side length of 0.5-10.0 cm, has a scratch hardness of 2-4 H, and in the dye-sensitized solar cell composed by arranging the photo-electrode so as to counter a counter electrode through an electrolyte portion, a value of photoelectric conversion efficiency obtained by irradiating an amount of light of 100 mW/cm<SP>2</SP>, when the amount of light irradiating is varied in a range of 20-120 mW/cm<SP>2</SP>, a value of photoelectric conversion efficiency is 87% or more of a value of photoelectric conversion efficiency being obtained by irradiating an amount of light of 100 mW/cm<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
