PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflective coating layer having a transmissive conductive layer with a low-resistance function as an outermost layer.

SOLUTION: The antireflective coating layer is characterized in that a surface conductive layer is formed of a transmissive substance and has a light reflectivity of ≤0.5%, and the antireflective coating layer has a resistance of 0.5 to 0.7 Ω per square and a transmissivity of 55 to 70%.
