<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and effectively scrape off and remove an asbestos layer and a dioxin contamination portion of inner faces of a chimney and a flue and to effectively perform cleaning, grinding and polishing processing to various pipes. <P>SOLUTION: A roller chain and the like provided with a brush and the like at its tip and contracted by a coil spring and the like, is disposed on a peripheral edge of a spinning disc, and expanded by rotating the spinning disc on a center of a cylindrical body shaft, thus the brush and the like is slid on a cylindrical body inner face. The spinning discs are disposed in even-numbered stages and rotated in the directions opposite to each other, thus the processing capacity in scraping-off and the like can be remarkably improved. As a constitution is comparatively simple and has broad utility to be easily handled, the removal of the asbestos layer in the chimney of a small diameter which can not be done heretofore, can be performed. The whole face can be uniformly processed even when the cylindrical body inner periphery is not a perfect circle, its inner diameter is varied in the longitudinal direction and some unevenness is found thereon. Further the device can be easily mounted and demounted to the cylindrical body.
