PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a biochip capable of performing stably chemical patterning processing. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the biochip is characterized by including a process for applying a solvent 5 including a reaction agent onto a pattern part 4 of a stamp 2 having the pattern part 4; a process for controlling the distance between the stamp 2 and a substrate 6, and holding the solvent 5 by surface tension between the pattern part 4 of the stamp 2 and the substrate 6; a process for transcribing a pattern of the stamp 2 onto the substrate 6; and a process for immobilizing a probe to be reacted with a physiologically active substance onto the substrate 6.
