PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine suitable for improving efficiency in checking by eliminating trouble to announce machine model discrimination information in a case other than the check. SOLUTION: A pachinko machine includes: a ROM 230 for storing the machine model discrimination information; and a RAM clear switch for indicating the initialization of the game machine. The machine kind discrimination information is announced only when the pachinko machine is started with the initialization indication by the RAM clear switch. Besides, presentation control, including the display control of presentation symbols, the output control of sound concerning the presentation, and the control of turning on/off of a lamp concerning the presentation, is performed in parallel with the announcement of the machine kind discrimination information.
