PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front cowl structure of a motorcycle capable of offering an enhanced outside appearance around the headlight and enhanced sense of quality. SOLUTION: A front cowl 35 is composed of an inner cowl 81 surrounding the headlight 36 when viewed from the front and an outer cowl 82 surrounding further the periphery of the inner cowl 81. The inner cowl 81 is furnished with a left and a right stepped part 95 consisting of a plurality of folded parts 94 when viewed from the front, and these stepped parts 95 are provided in the part covered with the outer cowl 82.
