PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle apparatus capable of exchange with a mounting part corresponding to portable terminal equipment by separately constituting a main body part with a functional component and the mounting part for mounting the portable terminal equipment. SOLUTION: A cradle 2 comprises: the main body part 200 with an electronic part; the mounting part 210 freely detachably connected to the main body part 220 and provided with a cradle side terminal group 911 electrically connected with a cellular phone side terminal group 19 disposed to a cellular phone 1 in the state of mounting the cellular phone 1; a coupling member 700 for coupling the main body part 220 and the mounting part 210; and a connecting member 800 for electrically connecting the cellular phone side terminal group 19 and the electronic part.
