PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging element which can restrain occurrence of smear during moving picture photography. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging element has a first photoelectric conversion element group where photoelectric conversion elements 10r, g, b provided with spectrum filters 4r, g, b transmitting the light of different color components above are arranged in the shape of lattice, and a second photoelectric conversion element group where photoelectric conversion elements 10w provided with an intensity filter 4w above are arranged in the shape of lattice. The first photoelectric conversion element group and the second photoelectric conversion element group have positional relation shifted in the oblique direction of 45°, and a vertical transfer channel 30a is provided on the side of each photoelectric conversion element in correspondence therewith. With regard to the vertical transfer channels 30a on the opposite sides of respective photoelectric conversion elements 10r, g, b, the distance (K1) from the vertical transfer channels 30a on the left side corresponding to respective photoelectric conversion elements 10r, g, b to the opening end of respective photoelectric conversion elements 10r, g, b is longer than the distance (K2) from the vertical transfer channels 30a on the right side to the opening end of respective photoelectric conversion element 10r, g, b.
