PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dubbing device capable of performing dubbing by easily listing dubbing in a plurality of removable recording media. SOLUTION: The dubbing device includes: a first recording medium 5 for recording broadcast programs or program information; and a control unit 3 for controlling dubbing of a broadcast program recorded in the first recording medium 5 into a second recording medium 6 by using one or more removable second recording media 6 for dubbing the broadcast program recorded in the first recording medium. The control unit reads pieces of program information recorded in the first recording medium in a recording order to display a list for dubbing program selection (S1), selects a program to be dubbed from the list displayed for dubbing program selection (S2), retrieves a program having the same condition as that of the selected program to display it while eliminating unnecessary programs (S3), and selects dubbing condition setting to generate a dubbing list for dubbing into one or more second recording media (S4).
